Integrative Psychospiritual Facilitating, Consulting, Coaching, and Mentoring
For those seeking greater clarity, presence, and authentic alignment during times of change.
A gentle, attentive space for coming back into relationship with yourself.
My work begins with listening — to your body, emotions, dreams, and the living field around you. Rather than trying to fix or pathologize what you’re experiencing, we slow down and become curious. What we often call symptoms can be understood as signals: protective strategies, unfinished experiences, or deeper longings asking for care and attention.
Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodied awareness, we gently explore inherited patterns, early imprints, grief, and relational habits that may no longer serve you. As awareness and compassion grow, choice opens. You begin to move from clarity and alignment rather than fear or old conditioning.
This is a collaborative, experiential process that weaves together reflection, simple practices, and dream-based inquiry. Over time, many people feel more grounded, connected, and able to meet life with greater steadiness and trust.
I support people navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, overwhelm or numbness, questions of belonging or purpose, and the emotional impact of chronic or life-altering illness.
My approach is integrative, transpersonal, and psycho-spiritual — rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and a deep respect for your innate wisdom and your relationship with the natural world.
Together, we create space for you to come home to yourself.

Birthright - by Danna Faulds
“Despite illness of body or mind, in spite of blinding despair or habitual belief, who you are is whole.
Let nothing keep you separate from the truth. The soul, illumined from within, longs to be known for what it is.
Undying, untouched by fire or the storms of life, there is a place inside where stillness and abiding peace reside. You can ride the breath to go there.
Despite doubt or hopeless turns of mind, you are not broken. Spirit surrounds, embraces, fills you from the inside out. Release everything that isn’t your true nature. What’s left, the fullness, light and shadow, claim all that as your birthright.”
